Michael P. Regan practices commercial litigation. He has experience in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial real estate, FINRA arbitration, employment, partnership and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Regan is a graduate of Fordham Law School, cum laude (LL.M., Banking, Corporate and Finance Law 2008,) the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D. 2003) and Dartmouth College (B.A. 2000). Following law school, Mr. Regan clerked for the Honorable Thomas G. West of the Connecticut Appellate Court. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, the State of Connecticut and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the New York City, New York State and Connecticut Bar Associations.
