Marc S. Brodsky is a partner in the Real Estate Group. Mr. Brodsky has a broad range of experience representing financial institutions, investors and developers in numerous types of real estate transactions throughout the U.S., including construction, interim and permanent financings, acquisitions and sales, joint ventures and equity participations, section 1031 exchanges, leasing and sale-leaseback transactions involving office buildings, shopping centers, multi-use and multi-family residential properties. In addition, Mr. Brodsky has significant experience representing both lenders and developers in the financing and development of affordable housing.
Mr. Brodsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College in 1990, was awarded his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1994, and received his LL.M from Pace University School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to practice in New York.
