Brian C. Lavin practices commercial litigation. He has experience in a variety of areas, including accounting malpractice actions, patent suits, antitrust litigations, labor and employment actions, securities actions, and contract disputes. Mr. Lavin is a graduate of Columbia Law School (J.D. 2002) and The College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1996). He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
