Benjamin A. Gorelick practices in many areas of transactional real estate. He often represents investors, developers, and private buyers in their acquisition, sale, and development of residential properties, be it condominium, cooperative, or single/multi-family property. Additionally, Mr. Gorelick represents institutional and private lenders as they finance third parties’ residential acquisitions. Mr. Gorelick is a graduate of New England School of Law and the University of Maryland, College Park. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor for the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law, and is a published author for the same Journal. Mr. Gorelick is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar, and the New York County Lawyers Association.
