Donald L. Rosenthal practices in the area of commercial litigation and has, over the course of twenty years, litigated or arbitrated across the spectrum of commercial activity including real estate, banking, investment banking, securities, commodities, partnership, corporate control, employment, compensation, contract, business tort, ERISA, construction, trademark, outdoor advertising, and sales of goods. His clients range from major financial institutions and real estate developers to individual entrepreneurs and business executives. Mr. Rosenthal graduated from Harvard Law School with a J.D. in 1985. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and has served on its Committee on Municipal Affairs.
