As general counsel to and director of numerous privately held corporations and counsel to entrepreneurs, their businesses and families, Neal T. Dorman practices in general corporate and commercial law, including business organization, commercial transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, bank and private placement financings and secured transactions.
In the area of trusts and estates, Mr. Dorman represents individuals with respect to estate planning and drafting, including preparation of wills and trusts and representations of fiduciaries in connection with all stages of administration of estates and trusts, from probate proceedings, administration of decedents' estates, tax proceedings, tax audits and appeals through accountings. Additionally, Mr. Dorman serves as Executor and Trustee of a number of Estates and Trusts.
Mr. Dorman is a graduate of New York University School of Law, served as Town Councilman in the Town of New Castle, Chappaqua, New York, and is a member of the corporate and banking law, and trusts and estates sections of the New York State Bar Association.
