Eliot H. Zuckerman practices in all areas of real estate, with a concentration in real estate transactional matters, real estate financing, and cooperative and condominium matters. As to transactional matters, he has represented numerous parties in connection with the sales/purchases/financing/refinancings of multiple dwellings, commercial buildings, mixed use buildings, shopping centers, condominium units, cooperative apartments and private homes.
In the area of cooperative and condominium law, Mr. Zuckerman has represented numerous sponsors of offering plans, and Mr. Zuckerman now represents numerous cooperative corporations on an ongoing basis in connection with their general corporate matters, including matters relating to tenant stockholders, board members, managing agents, contractors and others.
Mr. Zuckerman is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He has been a guest lecturer at the New York University School of Continuing Education and at seminars conducted by the Council of New York Cooperatives, and he has appeared on television. He has been frequently quoted in the New York Times. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, its Real Property Law section, and the Condominiums and Cooperatives Committee thereof.
