Edward A. White practices in various areas of litigation and business law. His more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in litigation includes business litigations of all kinds, trademark and copyright matters, entertainment licensing and royalty disputes, hedge fund and bank litigation, computer litigation, corporate control and dissolution disputes, employment contract and discrimination claims, patent and trade secret protection, trust and estate litigations, Federal Securities litigation and arbitrations. Mr. White graduated from Yale University Law School with a J.D. in 1975. He was a Marshall Scholar and Danforth Scholar nominee. He has taught Business Law at Marymount Manhattan College and served as a Moot Court Judge at both Pace University Law School and Fordham University Law School. Mr. White is admitted to practice law in all state courts in New York, and in all U.S. District Courts in New York, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyer's Association. Mr. White is the current Chairman of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Complex Civil Litigation. He also serves on the American Bar Association Committees on Commercial and Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation.
